Magnificat Meal Movement. Clare Forkin – sister of F. Dermot Forkin dies

For sometime we have known that members of the Haughey and Forkin family are in Vanuatu. With the lockdown in both Australia and in New Zealand, the economy on the island must be in a bad way?

Also the last I heard Debra was in dispute about the charges for using the port.

FORKIN, Clare, (Killiney, Co. Dublin, formerly Sr. Francis O.C.D., Malahide Carmelite and Sr. Clare O.S.B. Benedictine Community, Dinklage, Germany) 9th January 2022, peacefully, in the care of the staff at St. Vincent’s University Hospital. Beloved sister of Michael, Margaret Mary, Deirdre, Colman, Kieran, Patrick, Andrew, Garrett and the late Fr. Dermot Forkin. She will be sadly missed by her brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, extended family, and friends.

May she rest in peace.

Funeral Mass on Saturday, 15th January, at 10am in the Church of St. John, Mounttown, Dun Laoghaire, followed by burial in Deans Grange Cemetery. The Mass can be viewed online using the following link:
