We have been contacted by some guys from the Flemish speaking world about Victory Outreach. They had seen the Prime Time Documentary and were struck at the similarities. They have loved ones who are totally controlled by VO and do not know where to turn.

The same level of control and misrepresentation about Christianity and the actual rehabilitation they are involved with. We came across the Belgium newspaper De Wereld Morgen which has an interesting article with comments on VO. These reports are about the Netherlands but from the photographs it clear it is a much stronger organisation in the Netherlands than it is here in Ireland.

Victory Outreach Eindhoven took part in major city demonstration last Saturday which was quite impressive and was seen by a lot of people.With drum rolls, colored text panels, and with supporters from all nationalities and skin colors, the procession went around the city of Eindhoven many times, like Joshua went around Jericho.
There handed out flyers and sung. Whether or not they are a cult or not… it was an impressive display.

victory outreach arnhemNav in your post and I want to say the following : Unfortunately, I have witnessed the reception of Victory Outreach Arnhem ( Netherlands ) .
The reception they had (thank God that it has been lifted ! ) Called The Home. Je got there helpless inside, was hard pressed to Jesus , God and the Bible , and that’s it … If you have a question or problem the answer was that you only had to pray and read the Bible .
Real help you there was absolutely not if there was not a Bible study or garden rakes and so you had free time , you were required to go handing out flyers on the street and with a lot of bravado and HG proclaim Jesus !
If you are not afraid or ashamed of it …. but PRAY ! Really not Dared or were you sick … GO …. ! You have nothing to want … do what you’re told !
You stayed there with all sorts of men in one house and had to do everything together. You are never alone, so if you wanted privacy you ‘d better sit upon the toilet. I had a private room but if you only at night .
When I was thrown out on the street hit , after 1 1/2 years, I asked my family to come and pick me up. When I went back to see if my stuff was still there . We found that my TV, video, DVD, coffee machine, computers, clothes, books, photos videos … everything had been thrown away ! !
Insurance fund was never paid and as a result I had to pay €45,000 for hospitalization and €40,000 for RIBW . (Private Treatment.)
They had to let me sign something and used my money furnish their own houses and on vacations , etc. .. etc. .. and I got the bill !A cult? YES , there ‘s no doubt about it ! ! !
Do you really want to go all the way broken, you have to be there !
How about the other ‘s Home , I do not know, but you have been warned of this and you know , forewarned ……. I would say look at their website , but that is off the air, I really got taken in. victory outreach ArnhemIf you ask the question are they a sect? I say yes , no doubt about it ! In 2003 I ended up at vo arnhem . Broken and gasping for more of God. I have fallen prey to these wicked, hard, vultures and especially money-grabbers . They make you believe that God communicates only through them, if you do not do what they say you are disobedient, and disobedience is sin and sin leads to death . Literally, it was said to me that if I did not obey I will die. They determine what you wear, what you eat, when you eat, what job is or not good for you. You have to report where you ‘re going and when you will return. And just for the record , this was true for all members of the Church . As a leader, you had to double the 10% tithe you were obliged to give larger amounts to so-called charity The pastors wife always said, first give to God than you pay bills . I was so naive and I was fooled. Ultimately, it is my home, studies , friends , self-esteem and a mountain of debt cost me . After five years I decided to leave . I know what a Cult is thanks to victory outreach . Literally I hit rock bottom. Today I ‘am fortunate to have left that misery behind and I have no more debt, a great job and a super nice house . But above all I am happy and I can enjoy life again. Also the VO Cult no longer exists in Arnhem and everyone has left the cult. They have not paid their rent and as a result they were kicked out of their VO home and have fled to Germany. The pastor is suffering from a psychiatric condition and he is suffering from mental torture, but physically there is nothing that can be discovered. He is suffering great pain. Their children have gone off the rails. One works in a coffee shop and is stoned and drunk, the other was placed in a psychiatric institution.
This happens sometimes when your past actions lead to….. What you sow you will reap ? İş this from God ? Judge for yourself !
They say to be forewarned is forearmed. Jesus said do not be like the Pharisees who at the corner of the street with a lot of noise so that everyone can see that they are praising Go, but go to your closet and pray to the Father !
If you ask me … I’m not impressed ! More surprised to see how these criminals with ties to go through life looking for the vulnerable types to brainwash them and then completely destroyed them behind closed doors.İş this God ? Yes probably . But not the Almighty God I know !

Is it a Cult, borderline. I was Head Staff in one of the homes and I always taught my guys to choose their own path.
Finances were always a thing in the church and I believe they went overboard.
Community is a good thing in the church and the message is positive, but the leadership is not always adequate.

Of course if you join the home, you’ll be required to quit your job if you have one, give up your home if you have one, passport, mobile and all that. And they’ll apply for an uitkering for you.(Does that make any sense at all?). And from your uitkering after you finish paying rent, tithe, offerings and pledge(is money required for church building, repair, or any other cause the organisation thinks is good), be ready to live on between the 10 to 20 euro’s a month that is left.
Oh another cool thing is that the males and the females are never ever ever allowed to interact, (they even sit in separate rows). Discipline will follow if they still do, still many do it secretly and fall into sin after a while. Running away with each other after holding things in for a long time is common. There is a lot of sin in Victory outreach, but they cover their tracts very well! Victory Outreach a place where all manner of the most unthinkable sins can be found, isn’t this an awesome place to be in?????

Oh last thing, Still pondering of joining one of these lovely homes even after all the warnings? Be ready to be disciplined a lot!!! Having the little bit of dignity you still have rend from you.

It’s all a show, for those people are very unhappy in real life and are constantly fighting among themselves. They are very very concern about the outward appearance. don’t fall for it, neither send your love ones there, for they will come out mistreated and abused and worst of all with tainted and very distorted view of the real God. That place is not even fit for a pet. Don’t fall for the awesome endless past crime related testimonies, it’s all meant to work on emotions and manipulate people. All a great show nothing more. If you go to the homes, get ready to become a third class citizen, with absolutely no rights. Forced slave labour even when sick or disabled, last to eat at events, that is if there is food left even when you did all the work before and all the cleaning afterwards and the last to go to bed. be ready to have your PGB taken away from you as you are forced to sign or be evicted even when paying rent. Be ready not to be allowed to open your mails even when your name is written on them. Be ready to always walk two by two even when going to the toilet. Be ready to have them fill forms and collect money for your disabilities without your knowledge nor consent and still force you do heavy work even thou they know that the doctor has declare you disabled. Be ready to have them make you pay rent of more that 500 euro a month per person to share a small room with a minimum of 6 bunkbeds(sometimes more than 50 men in this crowded house all paying same amount of rent). Be ready to have your tithes, offerings focefully taken from you and on top of that you’ll still be required to pay pledge as well. Be ready to do all the hard labour in and around the church, home, pastor’s house, office and anywhere that you’re commanded to go. And let’s not remember their motto: “DIE AND FLOW” isnt that right olaf lauer? But then again these are not things that they will tell you as the bravely march the streets looking for innocent victims that are in need. I know countless amount of lives that have been destroyed by these people, may left years ago and are still struggling. Some are still there but don’t know how to leave, fearing that they will not make it outside. Some try to leave but succum to the manipulation and control. And still some like olaf like it there for they get to rule over people and get prestiege.
I could say a lot more, but I don’t think that enough has been said.If this post can save at least one soul, by preventing them from getting involved with these people, I will be more that satisfied.
I wasn’t going to react to this post, but my heart went out to Rene and he was sharing his heart and olaf came and accuse him, so i felt like I had to back him up by telling the truth!

Olaf lauer I am sorry to say this but you are either very very confused or a very big a liar! I’m a former member of Victory outreach and have been a member for 10 years. Every thing Rene is saying is true. Victory Outreach is even involved in frauding the homies. Many many cases, I’ve seen many things first hand. I’ve even mailed the authorities about some of the illegal pratices and the oppression of the so called hommies right before I left 4 years ago. I could not bear to see the mistreatment and abuse any longer. I do not know if they’ve done anything about this. Rene all the Victory Outreaches opperates the same way, so don’t even bother mailing anymore. I’ve spend hours and days doing the same. Also spent a long time confronting them, but they just ignore and continue, now I’ve even become a nuiance to them I believe. rene please i beg of you don’t jeoperdise your life by taking matters into your own hands either, it would be a waste. Just pray and leave it up to God, personally, I’ve seen and still see God move and take care of them one by one even as we speak He is doing it. It’s very wise if anyone reading to want to stay away from these people, they will literally destroy your (spiritual)life, marriage, family, career, finances, children and everything else that can be destroyed included emotionally, physically and psychologically.

I was trying email contact with all the other VO’s in Holland and a few in the USA,but they never respond.It is like if they are all connected and warn eachother that they don’t must make contact with me!
However,I will sit down and wait what the police will do…if they do nothing I see only one way that is left…I will do what I had have must done earlier…be my own judge!
