So now to get what they want they have settled with everyone including Sheila and likely some of the B shareholders so they do not need to revisit Bannister and the company will be folded in favour of the terrible two, Quinn and Morrice. They will then be able to circumvent Bannister and all legal actions and walk away with the company. Or is there another scenario?
