Dialogue Ireland has been aware of this since May. At first we thought that Claire had LEFT the MMM. Claire Murphy who had in reality been the leader with Debra being a tax defaulter living in Vanuatu.
For privacy reasons we have remained silent for the best part of 5 months believing we could assist her in her exit from the MMM. However, it has become clear since then that Claire’s agenda is not to deal with this exit and become part of the solution to the wholesale fraud that the Debra and her participated in but rather it appears she is seeking to establish a new life without reference to these ethical issues. Since 2010 we have received intelligence and documentary evidence which will outline how Claire Murphy was a party to fraud in regard to the Mount St Mary’s Property and that she was under the direction of Debra a victim victimiser. Since 2004 we have referenced her sham marriage to John Tonner, as a means of her remaining in Australia.
Claire Murphy was involved with the criminal misuse of religion to enrich Debra and was a willing contributor to this. Many people have been robbed of their savings and it appears she is willing to illegally siphon off some of these funds for her own use and without regard to a list of people who have been defrauded under the guise of a Marian scam.
False visions and fraudulent tricks to deceive her members was the order of the day. We will continue to focus on Debra who is apparently back in Australia due to the expertise Claire Murphy exercised in dealing with Debra’s tax liability.
We welcome any news of from the families of those involved and we realise we are dealing with the abuse of vulnerable adults.

Mikey Mikey how little you actually know. You show the same pride and lack of compasion as the cult leaders you so relentlessly pursue. The fact is Mike, and you really should be more honest with your readers, you are only going after Claire because she has refused to cooperate with you. Such a jolt to your huge ego has no doubt clouded your judgement and left you in obvious rage. Claire is finding peace and healing with the Lord Mike…I suggest you do the same.

You are delusional and cruel in your replies. You are a sick man with no shame. The only good that comes from your comments is you point to the cults we need to avoid. You need to reflect on the level of your hatred and make an effort to do some good with your time.
Lynn; if this is you he writes about congratulations on getting out of whatever cult you were in. He never misses a chance to insult anyone who believes in what Mike Garde is doing.
Lynn – if I were you I would totally disregard the Anonymous reply to your comment. If it is you he is referring to thank God you have freed yourself from the MMM cult. Having come through what you did you are in a strong position to argue the case against cults. Mental health workers need to take on board what is being said about the techniques used to disable a person’s thinking mind to the extent that they cause terrible distress and behaviour that would not ordinarily have happened in normal circumstances.
To anyone reading these comments, particularly those who have been or are affected by cults such as MMM, you are not the first to fall foul to the delusions of a cult mind-set and, unless something is done about it you won’t be the last. Recently, I had a breakthrough on an incident that occurred years ago on a Tony Quinn seminar. He is so cunning in his approach it was difficult to understand what exactly he was doing at that time. The more caught up a person is in the cult, and for a period of time when going through the healing process, the less they are able to distinguish what is real and what isn’t, between the person you were before and how your mind was influenced by the leader and those heavily influenced by him/her that causes instability and a feeling of isolation from life. Sadly, it has gotten to a point where people need to be extremely cautious about where they go to practice meditation/relaxation and discuss spiritual matters. I sincerely hope that anyone in a cult situation will have the strength to leave and share the effects of what caused distress to add to the ever increasing data that is available for educational and healing purposes. This is not just an Irish but a global issue and we have Dialogue to assist us in cleaning up our own back yard, so to speak. Dialogue does it’s very best to bring cult issues to the public, however, it would seem that it will take a lot more effort on the public’s part to demand recognition of Thought Reform and the vital role the Irish government need to play to protect the citizens they proclaim to serve.
Talk about over-reaction. I just wanted to make sure it was the same Lyn so I knew where she was coming from. Now that I do know it’s her there’s not much more to say really. And ANON, I think if you go back and read those posts referred to, you will see Mike Garde was disagreeing with Lyn’s reasoning/perception as well. It’s okay to have a difference in opinion.

Mark, I think your confused! Debra is the one who is being accused of crimes, not me. I wasn’t told I have to leave Australia every three months with a year’s Visa. I can come back to Australia.
I work 5 days a week with children whose families are living in a homeless shelter at St. Vincent de Paul’s village. Would you like to tell these children and their families they do not deserve to be treated with dignity and respect because they are homeless? These children are precious. You are referring to something that happened 13-14 years ago.
I was in desperate need of healing as many former MMM members have been. Looking back, this was a blessed time in my life. I spent many all night vigils in adoration and in the day perhaps even 5 hours or more in church. I know from whence my help comes from. I believe with all my heart in the presence of Jesus in the Eucharist. Obviously your not Catholic so you cannot relate. I try to spend at least an hour a day now in adoration and I attend daily Mass. By the way, I had a place to live, but I couldn’t have both.
It’s obvious Debra was ignorant to the teachings and beliefs in the Catholic Church regarding the Eucharist when she told us demons inhabited a Catholic Church, telling everyone in the MMM at the time in Helidon she did not want us to go to Mass at St. Joseph’s, not to mention her melodrama of springing to her feet yelling, “Satan has entered into this Church.” She’s denying everything she presented to us regarding the Eucharist, with no belief in the Blessed Sacrament. I’m beginning to agree with Mike, Debra was a fake from the beginning.
As for mind conversation, can you prove to anyone that this did not happen? The strange thing about it is Debra on that day specifically told me to sit next to her. I certainly would not have done that on my own nor did Debra any time before that or after that. She was often angry, from yelling at me across the room accusing me of taking all the scrambled eggs (cafeteria type day) to her bazaar behavior of telling me she could read my mind, accusing me of wanting to have sex with the visiting Filipino priest. Nothing was more obvious to me that day than that she was a fraudulent, a fake. I’ve never been married, nor have I wished to be. I’ve been single almost my entire life with no relationships whatsoever. I raised my son by myself and I’ve just become a grandmother of twins.
Does Debra read your mind as well? Maybe you know where she keeps her crystal ball? I can’t help resisting my rendition of Debra’s personality. “Crystal Ball, Crystal Ball, who is the fairest one of all? You are Debra, your the fairest of them all. That’s my view of her personality. I’m sure each previous member of the MMM who have left, have their own renditions.
